An unprecedented Kromet monoblock has been installed in an exclusive lakeside resort. With as many as 14 induction hobs in one compact design, this record-breaking solution was tailor-made to the owner's vision and sets a new standard for hotel kitchens.

A record number of
heating zones

The monoblock at 4 Winds Resort & Spa contains as many as 14 induction hobs – 8 with a power of 3.5 kW and 6 with a power of 5 kW. This is a unique configuration that allows you to handle a high volume of orders and work at a fast pace.

Comprehensive equipment

In addition to induction hobs, the monoblock is equipped with deep fryers, a pasta cooker, a bain-marie and a chip warmer. All in one ergonomic worktop integrated into the greasy spoon kitchen.

Design and details

The top plate, made using vibration technology and finished with Scotch Brite, ensures durability and ease of cleaning. On the side of the structure, there is a plaque with the resort’s logo, visible in the open kitchen, which emphasises the prestige of the facility.

The monoblock delivered to 4 Winds Resort & Spa is an absolutely unique project in Kromet’s history. Discussions about the concept began many months earlier, and the production process itself took 5-6 weeks.

The final result is a monoblock divided into two workstations, equipped with as many as 14 induction hobs (8 × 3.5 kW and 6 × 5 kW), two deep fryers, a pasta cooker, a bain-marie and a French fry warmer. The entire structure has been integrated into the grete kitchen, which improves ergonomics and hygiene at work.

As Wiktor Tusiński, Commercial Director at Kromet, emphasises:

Thanks to this solution, the resort’s kitchen works faster, more economically and in a fully ergonomic manner. Just a few minutes after connecting the device, the team was able to start cooking – and the monoblock immediately proved itself in real conditions.
