Tips & Tricks

Use suitable cookware in induction pans.

Induction pans 000 only reach their full power with ferromagnetic steel cookware. Using flat-bottomed pans with a diameter that matches the hob will allow you to fully exploit their energy-saving potential.

Ensure proper air filtration in combi steamers

The RINATO oven from the 000 line features rapid heating systems and temperature sensors. Regular cleaning of the air filters ensures more efficient fan operation and stable temperatures in the chamber.

Choose the right cookware for induction hobs

Induction hobs from the 700 series are equipped with pot detection sensors. For the hob to function properly, use cookware with a minimum diameter of 120 mm and a ferromagnetic base. This will ensure optimal power utilisation and lower energy consumption.

Control the temperature in ceramic cookers

In the ceramic models of the 700 series, the rear heating zones are equipped with pan presence sensors and overheating protection. This allows you to safely use the full power even during long periods of operation – simply select a pan that fits the surface of the zone.

Regularly clean the water jacket in boiling pans

To prevent limescale build-up and ensure a long service life for your 000 boiling pans, remember to regularly empty and clean the water jacket. This guarantees even heating and safe operation.
