The project was carried out in collaboration with our partner, Gastrohouse from Jelenia Góra. It is an example of the synergy of experience, technology and local know-how.
Black Horse Bar & Grill in Myślinów is a unique place created by Monika and Sławomir Woźniak. The idea was simple – to combine a love of nature, horses and leisure with the highest culinary quality. The heart of this concept beats in the kitchen – modern, ergonomic and perfectly equipped.
In cooperation with the Gastrohouse distributor from Jelenia Góra, we designed and equipped a kitchen that gives chef Bartosz and his team complete freedom of action.
The equipment used included:
- 700.PBE-400R.A electric direct frying plate,
- 700.FE-10f.A electric deep fryer,
- 700.KE-4i induction cooker (4×3.5 kW),
- 700.EUS-400.A electric kettle,
- 000.SW-1 salamander with lift,
- ergonomic workstations.
As chef Bartosz emphasises:
The kitchen is one of the best equipped in the area. The equipment is very good, and work is smooth and compact. The workstations are so well thought out that duties can be divided into hot and cold sections – everything is done sensibly, so all that remains is to get on with the job.
The idea to create Black Horse Bar & Grill was born out of the passion and dreams of Monika and Sławomir Woźniak. Having been involved with horses for years, they were looking for a place that would allow them to combine a stud farm, a restaurant and accommodation. When they found the perfect plot of land in Podgórze Kaczawskie, they decided to realise their vision.
‘I had no previous experience with professional catering, so the arrangement seemed like a huge challenge. It’s completely different from home cooking – the whole team has to fit in here, and the kitchen has to be functional and durable,’ recalls Monika Woźniak.
The cooperation with Kromet was conducted in a friendly and cooperative atmosphere. The team advised on the selection of equipment, explained technical aspects and patiently made further amendments to the design.
‘There were quite a few changes, and the gentlemen from Kromet always responded with complete professionalism and a smile. Thanks to this, we ended up with a functional and modern kitchen that gives us great satisfaction in our work,’ adds the owner.
Chef Bartek’s first impression only confirmed that the decision was the right one: ‘When I saw the entire stainless steel kitchen, I knew right away that it would be a great place to work. Everything is well thought out and professionally made, and the kitchen’s layout allows the entire team to work efficiently.’
The result of this collaboration is not only a kitchen tailored to the restaurant’s needs, but also the certainty that the heart of Black Horse Bar & Grill will serve reliably for years to come.
