Does Kromet offer technological designs for catering kitchens?
Yes, we offer comprehensive kitchen technology designs – from analysing needs and sanitary requirements to selecting appliances and optimising space. We prepare the design within 14 days.
Can I test Kromet devices before purchasing them?
Yes. We provide selected appliances for free trials in your kitchen, including tilting pans, boiling pans, and RINATO combi steamers. Contact our advisor to arrange the details.
What devices do you offer?
We specialise in heating equipment for professional kitchens. Our range includes boiling pans, tilting pans, gas and electric cookers, ovens, combi steamers, monoblocks and appliances from the 700 SB and 900 modular lines.
Do Kromet devices comply with health and safety standards?
Yes. All Kromet appliances comply with applicable European technical and sanitary standards. We have all the documentation and certificates required in professional catering.
Can I become a distributor of Kromet devices?

Do you offer maintenance support?
Yes. We offer full service support, access to spare parts, and the SmartStart service, which is the initial start-up of the device with technical advice.
Where can I see Kromet devices in action?
We invite you to visit the Culinary Technology Centre in Warsaw, where you can see our equipment in action, test it with the help of technologists, and talk to our advisory team. We also invite you to visit our production plant in Krosno Odrzańskie, where we hold training sessions and product presentations. What distinguishes Kromet devices from other manufacturers?

Can I purchase Kromet devices directly as an end customer (e.g. school, nursery, restaurant, bar)?
