One of the most important events in the HoReCa and food industry in Poland, the POLAGRA trade fair, will take place on 24–26 September 2025. This will be the 40th edition of this international meeting, which has been setting the direction for the development of the catering, food and hotel markets for years.

Why is it worth visiting POLAGRA?
POLAGRA is an event that brings together hundreds of exhibitors and thousands of visitors from around the world every year. In 2025, the organisers expect nearly 200 exhibitors from over 30 countries and guests from more than 40 countries. The exhibition will be divided into three main thematic halls:
- FOOD – presentation of food products, consumer trends and regional producers’ offerings.
- FOODTECH – innovative technologies, equipment and production lines for the food industry.
- HORECA – solutions for restaurants, hotels and catering, including modern kitchen equipment.
Participants can also look forward to a rich programme of accompanying events: workshops, training sessions, debates and cooking demonstrations led by market experts and practitioners. Particular attention will be paid to topics related to ecology, new legal regulations and innovations in packaging and technology.
An additional attraction will be the parallel organisation of the TAROPAK Fair, dedicated to the packaging and logistics industry. Thanks to this, visitors will be able to see the entire process – from food production, through packaging, to final distribution.
