Kromet cooking for the local community
There is no better way to celebrate December than by cooking for the people around us. Although our equipment is used in professional kitchens across Europe, Krosno Odrzańskie is where Kromet began – and where its heart remains.
For the event, we prepared a traditional Christmas Eve beetroot soup, cooked in our latest 300-liter brewing kettle. Designed for large-scale gastronomic production, it proved ideal for an event where hot soup needed to be served to hundreds of guests. Thanks to automatic filling of the heating jacket and an efficient heating system, the soup was ready right on time and stayed at the perfect temperature throughout the day.
To make sure there was something more to enjoy, we baked crispy pastry rolls in the RINATO oven – a solution trusted by chefs in restaurants, hotels, and catering operations. The pastries disappeared almost instantly.
CAK “Zamek” – more is possible together
The Municipal Christmas Eve celebration and Christmas Market are organized by the Art and Culture Center ZAMEK (CAK), with whom we have enjoyed a close partnership for many months. This cooperation allows Kromet to share what we do best – reliable professional kitchen solutions and a passion for great food.
Cooking together, meeting local residents, and sharing the festive atmosphere are values that matter to us. We are proud to be involved locally and to help create events that bring people together and deliver genuine joy.
Shared experience
That day, we served hundreds of portions of soup and pastries. But what truly mattered were not the numbers, but the moments – children smiling after meeting Santa, kind words from residents, the scent of Christmas trees, and carols filling the air.
It was a pleasure to cook for you and spend this time together. Thank you for every conversation, every kind word, and every shared moment.
