Electric ovens from the 000.PE-1/T, 2/T, 3/T series are a versatile solution for baking, roasting and defrosting. Adapted to work with GN 2/1 containers, they offer:
- a temperature range from 50 to 250°C,
- fan-assisted cooking as standard,
- intuitive knobs and controls,
- and availability of single, double and triple chamber models.
Thanks to their modular design, the ovens can be easily adapted to the needs of the premises. The AISI 304 stainless steel chamber and high-quality thermal insulation guarantee even cooking and energy savings.
RINATO convection and steam oven – precision and premium technology

Thanks to TurboHeat technology, the appliance quickly reaches operating temperature, while the DeltaPro system ensures precise temperature control with the Delta T function – essential when processing large quantities of food.
