Its robust construction, fast-heating hotplates and functional solutions, such as a drip tray, make working in the kitchen more efficient and comfortable. The choice of variants (countertop, frame-based or cabinet-based) allows the appliance to be perfectly adapted to specific needs and working conditions.

Electric cooker specifications

The electric cooker is a professional catering appliance, ideal for intensive use in restaurants, canteens and other catering establishments. Made of high-quality stainless steel, it ensures durability and hygiene. The worktop, made of AISI 304 acid-resistant steel with a thickness of not less than 1.5 mm, guarantees corrosion resistance and ease of cleaning. The appliance is equipped with four fast-heating hotplates, each with a power of 4.0 kW (total power 16 kW), which allows for quick and efficient cooking. The even surface of the hotplates allows pots to be moved freely between the heating zones, and the tilting design of the plates makes them easy to clean. In addition, the drip tray collects any spills, helping to keep the workplace clean.
