Versatility, power and reliability – these are the three pillars on which the 000.KEZ-4u/PE-2 electric cooker is based. Designed for professional catering kitchens, it will prove its worth wherever reliability and precision of operation are important.

  • 4 tilting hotplates, each with a power of 4.0 kW and dimensions of 300×300 mm – fast heating and a large working surface.
  • High durability – the hotplates have a long service life, and their smooth surface allows you to conveniently move dishes between heating zones.
  • Electric oven with a power of 6.5 kW, a temperature range of 50–250°C and a spacious chamber (695×550×310 mm) adapted to GN2/1.
  • Glass door – convenient viewing of the food being prepared without having to open the oven.
