Thanks to its compact dimensions and efficient heating surface, it is ideal for smaller workstations, while offering full control over the frying temperature.

  • Dual-zone heating surface – the left and right sides of the plate are controlled independently, allowing different ingredients to be prepared simultaneously.
  • Smooth temperature control in the range of 50–250°C – adjust the conditions to the type of food and achieve perfect frying results.
