The 700.KG/I-800/PE-2 gas cooker with hob is a professional catering appliance from Kromet’s 700 series. Equipped with an 800 mm wide chrome-plated Solid Top hob and an electric oven, it combines efficiency, versatility and durability. Thanks to the varied temperature distribution across the hob surface, it is possible to prepare multiple dishes requiring different heat conditions simultaneously.

Key features:

  • Chrome-plated hob – the central part reaches temperatures of up to 400–500°C, while the edges reach 150–200°C, allowing you to cook and fry different dishes at the same time.
  • 9 kW gas burner with pilot burner and gas backflow protection.
  • Electric oven with a power of 6.5 kW, temperature range 50–250°C, with GN 2/1 chamber (695×550×310 mm).
  • Glass oven door – allows you to control the baking process without opening the door.
  • Made of high-quality stainless steel – durability and easy to clean.
  • Adjustable feet for stable positioning of the appliance.
  • Bar grate as standard.
