The 700.KE-6/PE-3 electric cooker has been designed for intensive use in professional kitchens. The combination of six fast-heating hotplates and a spacious, high-power oven ensures maximum efficiency and functionality – even when the kitchen is at full capacity.

Key features:

  • Efficient hotplates: 6 round hotplates with a diameter of 220 mm and a power of 2.6 kW each. Long service life and fast heating are standard in this class.
  • Large electric oven: 8.4 kW power, temperature range 50–250°C, chamber dimensions 1080×560×360 mm. Accommodates 3 GN 1/1 containers.
  • AISI 304 acid-resistant steel: 1.5 mm thick worktop ensures durability, easy cleaning and corrosion resistance.
  • Ease of use: Option to use pot sliders, wire rack included, glass oven door for easy monitoring of baking.
