Electric boiling pan 900.BEK-200
The 900.BEK-200 boiling pan is a high-performance device designed for professional kitchens where reliability, safety and large capacity are important. With a capacity of 200 litres, it is ideal for large canteens, restaurants, catering kitchens and hospitals.
Made of durable stainless steel, with an AISI 316L acid-resistant steel bottom, the boiling pan is designed for intensive use. The smooth, solid 1.5 mm thick AISI 304 steel work surface facilitates hygiene maintenance.
Heating is indirect, which ensures even heat distribution and minimises the risk of burning. The boiling pan is equipped with a large 1 1/2″ drain valve and a safety valve. It has a clear control panel and operates on a 400V 3N~ power supply with a power of 24.5 kW.
