1. The data of natural persons provided in this notification, which constitutes personal data, is protected under the provisions of the Act of 29 August 1997 on the protection of personal data (‘Act’) and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (‘GDPR’). The controller of personal data is Kromet Sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Krosno Odrzańskie, ul. Pocztowa 30, 66-600 Krosno Odrzańskie, KRS number 0000203740, NIP: 7640076843, share capital of PLN 500,000 (hereinafter referred to as ‘Kromet’).

By submitting this application, the natural person whose data is subject to the above-mentioned protection consents to the processing of their personal data by the Seller and Kromet for the purpose of Kromet taking actions aimed at fulfilling this application. Providing personal data for the above purpose is voluntary, but necessary for the execution of this application. Personal data will be processed by Kromet only for the above purpose.
3. The person whose personal data is being processed has the right to access, supplement, update, rectify, temporarily or permanently suspend the processing of, or delete, such data if it is incomplete, out of date, untrue or collected in violation of the law or are no longer necessary for the purpose for which they were collected, the right to receive personal data in a structured form and to order their transfer to third parties, provided that this is technically possible, as well as the right to withdraw consent to the processing of personal data.
