The 700.KE-4C.S.D electric ceramic hob from Kromet’s 700 series is a professional appliance designed for intensive use in catering. Equipped with four different heating zones with a total power of 12.1 kW, it enables fast and precise food preparation in bars, restaurants and commercial kitchens.

  • High-quality stainless steel – durability, corrosion resistance and easy cleaning.
  • AISI 304 worktop, 1.5 mm thick, with four ceramic hobs.
  • Different heating zones:
    • 2 rear square hobs, 270×270 mm, 4 kW each, with pot presence sensor.
    • 1 front round field ø210 mm (dual zone, 2.1 kW).
    • 1 front rectangular field 140×240 mm (dual zone, 2 kW).
  • Dual-zone front zones with a pulse power regulator, allowing the use of one or two heating zones.
  • Temperature adjustment range from 50 to 600°C.
  • Signal indicating when the zone is heated above 50°C – increased safety of use.
  • Closed cabinet base – additional storage space for dishes and accessories.
