TRIADA 2026 – a comprehensive approach to gastronomy
On April 15–16, Gdańsk hosted the TRIADA гастрonomy and retail trade fair, organized by our long-standing partner, Triada Augusto Pomorze.
Spanning over 6,000 m², the event brought together professionals from across the industry: chefs, restaurateurs, hoteliers, and retail business owners. With a strong business and networking focus, TRIADA combined product showcases with a practical approach to modern gastronomy.
At the event, we partnered with Dora Metal to present a comprehensive approach to kitchen design and equipment—ranging from cooking appliances and back-of-house infrastructure to fully integrated kitchen systems. These solutions reflect the growing expectations of investors looking for one reliable, end-to-end partner.
The program included:
- tastings and product showcases,
- live cooking demonstrations and workshops,
- meetings with industry experts and partners,
- discussions on solutions that support everyday kitchen operations.
For us, it was above all a time for meaningful conversations—grounded in real experience and current market needs.
3. Mazurskie Targi Gastronomiczne – seasonality and flexibility
At the same time, we also met with industry professionals at the Mazurskie Targi Gastronomiczne, held in the unique setting of Hotel Mazurski Raj.
This event clearly highlighted the specific nature of gastronomy in tourist regions. Seasonality requires solutions that are:
- highly efficient during peak periods,
- flexible in off-season operations,
- adaptable to changing occupancy levels and team structures.
The majority of attendees were restaurant owners, hotel operators, and hospitality professionals, for whom key priorities include:
- speed and efficiency in the kitchen,
- consistency in food quality,
- and ease of workflow organization, especially with rotating staff.
It’s in environments like this that the importance of aligning technology with real business conditions becomes especially clear.
What did we showcase?
At both events, we presented solutions designed to address the key challenges of modern gastronomy: efficiency, ergonomics, and consistency.
RINATO – convection-steam oven
This time, we showcased a larger model designed for higher-volume kitchens. It combines performance with intuitive operation and consistent results—essential in intensive production environments.
7SB Line – modularity and design
The 7SB line demonstrated how functionality, aesthetics, and hygiene go hand in hand. Its modular design and high-quality finish meet the expectations of modern гастрonomy concepts.
Fast Food equipment – speed and workflow optimization
Our fast food solutions highlighted the importance of equipment that supports speed and organization. These systems help streamline food preparation, reduce service time, and ensure consistency—especially in high-traffic operations.
And many more solutions
Our stand featured a wide range of equipment and systems supporting various гастрonomy models—from smaller venues to large-scale investments.
What mattered most? Conversations
Events like TRIADA and the Mazury Fair offer one key advantage: the space for direct, focused conversations.
The discussions consistently revolved around:
- optimizing kitchen workflows,
- rising operational costs,
- the need to match equipment to specific concepts,
- flexibility in a rapidly changing work environment.
For us, these conversations are invaluable—they shape how we develop solutions that truly support the industry.
Key takeaways – practicality, fit, and integration
April’s events clearly showed that gastronomy is moving toward greater awareness and specialization.
Tailored to the business model
There’s no one-size-fits-all anymore—kitchens are designed around specific concepts and working conditions.
Seasonality as an operational challenge
In tourist regions especially, flexible and efficient systems are becoming essential.
Integration as a competitive advantage
More and more clients expect full-service support—from design to installation and after-sales service.
Technology that supports the team
Equipment is no longer just about performance—it must actively improve workflow and efficiency.
